Petersfield Shopping / Banking Trip

Provided  Government guidelines allow, the popular monthly shopping/banking trip to Petersfield will be re-started. These are planned for Wednesday December 16^th and Wednesday 6^th January. The intention  is to arrive in Petersfield at 12.00 and leave at 14.30. This trip will cost £5.

On all trips the safety of passengers, drivers and escorts will be paramount. Masks must be worn, hands sanitised on entering the Bus. Escorts will wear PPE and the Bus surfaces will be regularly disinfected.

Following the relaxation of the Government guidelines the Midhurst Yellow Bus are pleased to say that from Monday 2^nd August they will be resuming the normal scheduled service in and around Midhurst on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Although ‘social distancing’ will be encouraged where possible, it will no longer be necessary to book a journey. Pick-up points and times will be as published in the timetable which is available from The Grange, the South Downs National Park office, a number of local shops and churches and can be seen on the Yellow Bus website.

Passengers will be asked to wear masks while on the Bus and to sanitise their hands when boarding. The Bus surfaces will be cleaned before and during the journey.

The popular once per month shopping trip to Petersfield which is scheduled for the first Wednesday of each month, will start again from 1^st September. This will need to be booked by phone.

The volunteer drivers and escorts are really looking forward to welcoming regular and new passengers on the Bus which is available to all.
